One of the many benefits of UKGBC’s membership is the opportunity to connect with other professionals working towards a more sustainable built environment. Our Member Social Series brings members together across the UK in a relaxed and informal setting, creating space for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing and new connections.

This social will be focusing on the recently launched Regenerative Places Framework for Housing, a guidance that reframes large-scale housing-led retrofit and regeneration projects not as isolated interventions, but as catalysts for broader societal benefit. At its essence, rather than doing less harm, the Framework sets out how industry can create the enabling conditions and ways of working that generate positive value across interconnected natural, social and economic systems, delivering long-lasting benefits for local people, communities and places.

The socials offer a valuable opportunity to engage with local perspectives, share experiences and strengthen connections within the UKGBC community.
