Who is this learning for?

Our Deliver Action learning portfolio is designed for professionals who already have some understanding of sustainability and want to develop their practical or technical capability. It may be right for you if you:

Through expert-led masterclasses, site visits, and practitioner forums, you can explore different aspects of implementation: building specialist knowledge, seeing solutions in action, and working through challenges with peers.

  • Masterclasses: Deepen your knowledge and strengthen your practice. UKGBC masterclasses are expert-led learning experiences designed to build practical capability around specific sustainability topics and implementation challenges. Explore the approaches, tools, frameworks, and emerging practices shaping the built environment with masterclasses that combine expert insight with practical examples and opportunities for discussion.   • Site visits: UKGBC Site visits take learning out of the classroom and into projects and places where sustainability approaches are being put into practice. Hear directly from the people involved, explore the decisions behind a project, and see how sustainability ambitions have been translated into practical outcomes. Site visits create an opportunity to look beyond the finished result and understand the process – what worked, what was challenging, what was learned, and what others can take from the experience.   • UKGBC Forums: Delivering sustainability can mean navigating challenges for which established best practice is still emerging. UKGBC’s Forums bring together professionals working on similar issues to exchange experience, explore common challenges, and learn from what others are doing in practice. These sessions put practitioner knowledge and peer learning at the centre.
