St. Lukes Community Center, London
UKGBC's Leadership Alumni Collaboration Cafe and Networking Social

*Please note this event is for UKGBC Leadership Alumni only.
When looking back at the past year, only one work comes to mind ‘difficult’. We have survided worseining weather conditions, broke the heat record, stared in horror as governments pulled back on strong policies demanding climate accountability, and many more. The question we find ourselves asking is how does one lead amidst this snowstorm of a year. While we keep saying that we need more radical and resilient leaders, do we really know what we mean?
In our attempt to answer the question, we are hosting a Collaboration Café for our Leadership Alumni to explore what we need from our leaders to be able to swerve away from the business-as-usual direction we are currently headed at. We have specifically chosen this group not only because you have been on our leadership programmes but also as you are all leading in various organisations that represent the supply chain.
Come join us for a lovely evening of exploring the current systems that the built environment industry is stuck in what we can do to change them.
What is a Collaboration Café?
UKGBC’s Collaboration Cafés offer an informal and uncompetitive space for members and other stakeholders to share insights and synthesise lessons around place-based regenerative approaches and the needs and aspirations of communities. She how previous Collaboration Cafés have worked in this UKGBC post.
