Fully decarbonising the electricity system by 2035 is central to delivering Net Zero in the UK. The way in which we procure energy for our buildings has a critical role in decarbonising the UK’s energy supply sector and our industry can drive this change. UKGBC has published a suite of 5 reports that provide industry with the tools to make more informed procurement decisions in line with their climate ambitions, while supporting the continued decarbonisation of the electricity supply sector.

Why attend?

This online session is an opportunity to meet the UKGBC team behind guidance, Renewable Energy Procurement Version 2. The event will provide an overview of the suite of reports, providing attendees with a better understanding of the guidance and how to apply it within their organisations. This will be followed by audience Q&A with the UKGBC project leads and small group discussions to enable attendees to knowledge share and exchange insights on their renewable energy challenges and successes.
