Net Zero Carbon Buildings: Transitioning from Framework to new Standard

About this session
The UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard Pilot Version launched in September 2024. It is the UK’s first cross-industry Standard that brings together Net Zero Carbon requirements for all major building types.
This online learning event will support attendees in understanding how to transition from using UKGBC’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings: A Framework Definition to the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard, ensuring that all construction projects currently utilising the UKGBC Framework Definition as a guiding principle understand the differences and know how to respond to the requirements of the new Standard.
What to expect?
Who should attend?
- Organisations who have used the Framework Definition in the past to design, deliver and operate a net zero carbon building
- Organisations hoping to use the Standard to verify net zero carbon buildings
- Organisations wanting to learn more about UKGBC’s ongoing project to evolve the Framework Definition
