UKGBC is participating in UKREiiF 2026, a 3-day forum for real estate, investment and infrastructure professionals.

This year’s programme focuses on coastal regeneration, rural placemaking, affordable housing, ports and airports, hospitality and cultural destinations, while maintaining attention on the wider real estate landscape.

See below for our full activity calendar.

Day 1 – Tuesday 19th May

Residential development can catalyse long-term social, environmental and economic renewal. Having contributed to UKGBC’s Regenerative Places Framework, we’ll share how it can shape residential briefs, delivery strategies and investment decisions. Discover how future homes can spark regeneration, creating places where people, businesses and nature thrive together.

Speakers:

  • Mark Richardson – Partner, Troup ByWaters + Anders LLP
  • Philippa Birch-Wood – Head of Climate Action, UKGBC

As the ‘flight to quality’ reshapes workplaces across the country, TFT asks whether those assets will deliver value and resilience for the future. Join us to explore how regional developments can embrace technology, sustainability, amenity and more… then deploy your own virtual £10m where you think the future lies!

This session is sponsored by TFT.
