UKGBC and London Build Expo 2025

Join the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) at London Build Expo, one of the UK’s leading construction and built environment events, where we’ll be at the heart of conversations shaping the future of our cities. From sustainability and innovation to climate resilience and policy, we’ll be contributing to the dialogue that matters most.
As part of our presence at the show, we’re also hosting an informal networking session, which offers a chance to connect with the UKGBC team, share ideas, and hear early insights into our upcoming work.
Day 1 – Wednesday 19th November
10:00–10:50 PANEL: Transforming the Built Environment: Aligning Policy, Practice and Progress
A year ago at London Build, we previewed our Climate Resilience Roadmap. This year, we’re back to explore both the Climate Resilience and Net Zero Whole Life Carbon Roadmaps – highlighting the need to tackle mitigation and adaptation in parallel and what that means for the sector’s transformation. As the sector faces rising demands around climate, nature, and resilience, this panel will unpack how policy, practice, and strategic frameworks must evolve. With UKGBC’s next Progress Report due in 2026, we’ll share early insights and reflect on the journey so far.
