This event will launch the UK Climate Resilience Roadmap: Stakeholder Action Plans, which provide actionable, stakeholder-specific action plans that will advance the implementation of the Roadmap across industry.

After a summer of record-breaking temperatures and multiple heatwaves across the UK and around the world, the case for climate resilience has never felt more urgent or been clearer. The UK’s built environment is facing an urgent reality: climate hazards are no longer future threats but immediate dangers.

Launched in June 2025, the UK Climate Resilience Roadmap is more than a call to action. It is a robust, evidence-backed strategy for adapting to climate hazards, equipping stakeholders across the built environment with the tools needed to achieve long-term resilience.

Following the UK Climate Resilience Roadmap’s success in providing a vision and direction for climate resilience in the built environment, the Stakeholder Action Plans provide practical and clear sector-specific actions to further support the delivery of the Roadmap and accelerate long-term resilience across the built environment.
