A Deep Dive into UKGBC’s Embodied Carbon Modelling & Reporting Guidance

Widespread embodied carbon reporting is essential for the construction industry to effectively address its environmental impact and, as the practice is undertaken with increasing frequency, it’s important to ensure that it continues to be rigorous and reliable. Moving to greater transparency and consistency will enable informed decision-making and more sustainable practices across the construction sector.
UKGBC’s recent report Embodied Carbon Modelling and Reporting builds on existing industry outputs to improve the transparency of embodied carbon assessments, helping industry to accurately model and report on embodied carbon within construction projects. This event will deep dive into the report and provide the opportunity for attendees to understand the guidance better and ask questions to the UKGBC project team.
