Over 3 webinars during March we’ll look at how digital twins of built assets could enable integrated systems and public benefit, how responsive buildings can be more sustainable, how real-time data helps to manage our cities, and the potential of transparent impact-metrics to enable a sustainable built environment supply chain.
You will gain a better understanding of some new concepts and how adopting digital technology can enable waste reduction and inform planning. Hear about emerging platforms that can improve cross-industry data sharing leading to innovation and affordability in housing. You will discover more of the government’s Industrial Strategy Transforming Construction Programme, and the ambitions of the Centre for a Digital Built Britain. #1 Digital Twins and Sustainability – 7th March, 10.00am
Explore the relatively new concept of digital twins – a mirror version of a built or natural asset, examine how it is being applied commercially and how the UK government plans to create a national digital twin platform to use shared data for public good.
