Software to measure and report on building performance

Problem addressed
The built environment is directly responsible for 25% of UK emissions, lifting to 42% if you include surface transport. For this industry to become more sustainable, it needs to leverage technology to manage the inherent complexities of sustainable improvements on the built environment and fast-track the required change.
Case study
As disclosed in this article, also editorially published by Norwegian tier 1 industry media Estate in December 2022, VARIG-client Karlander Eiendom secured a higher property valuation by documenting intents and effects of sustainability actions in the VARIG-system, resulting in several financial benefits.
