Utopi is pioneering ESG technology, using smart technology to collect live data from buildings, presenting data on easy-to-read dashboards and engaging communities with their resident app. Providing real, tangible, and contextualised information that allows owners and residents to take action and move towards the decarbonisation of real estate.

The Utopi Connect software platform pulls live data directly from smart devices and API integrations which are low cost and low disruption. Utopi analyses data and applies context, providing easy-to-digest dashboards and reports. The U-bot searches for anomalies in the data, flagging potential issues. With the Utopi app, residents have access to more data than ever before on their living space, inspiring and informing them to combat climate change.

Multi-sensor

To enhance well-being data collection, Utopi has designed a bespoke multi-sensor for the multi-tenant market. Designed to be low cost, aesthetically pleasing, and battery-operated, the sensor is easy to deploy and scalable, whether it’s a retro-fit for existing developments, or specified for a new build.

The sensor collects real-time data on light, noise, air quality, temperature, humidity and motion, giving owners and residents access to vital wellbeing data.

People Counting

Understanding how amenity spaces are being used is key for operational performance and resident experience. Utopi can retrofit low-cost, wireless people counting sensors to gather vital occupancy data. Sharing that data with residents through the Utopi app will improve their living experience and help building owners manage spaces effectively.

Submeter data collection

Accurate submeter data is key to understanding consumption and calculating a building’s climate impact from utilities. Utopi can collect meter data in 3 ways:

  • Hardware – low-cost, retrofit IoT sub-metering.
  • Systems – on-site data loggers / BMS.
  • API’s – integrations with the national smart meter network.
