Overview Of Start-up

CIM creates innovative building analytics software that helps run large buildings at their peak performance. The award-winning PEAK platform integrates building intelligence, machine learning and technical engineering support to improve efficiency, sustainability and comfort across property portfolios. PEAK’s vast library of advanced algorithms continuously monitor all building equipment to immediately identify any failure, major anomaly or tuning opportunity. The PEAK Platform collects and analyses all of the users available building data— equipment IoT sensor data, HVAC, lift and electricity feeds, BMS and NMI feeds, weather data and people data — and transforms it into valuable information to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

What Makes The Start-up Innovative

CIM’s PEAK platform applies fault detection diagnostics to existing building data, identifying faults in real-time. The platform then creates automated actions / orders detailing the fault, prioritising it in terms of urgency and energy use, and recommends areas to check and correct to fix the specific fault. This enables facilities and maintenance teams to prioritise their own workloads, and also to proactively manage contractors in advance of them entering the facility or building. This ‘Actions’ aspect, enabling teams to work smarter, is truly innovative to CIM PEAK.

How The Start-up Has Been Designed To Scale Up Quickly

PEAK is a SAAS Platform. It has been designed to connect to a building’s BMS, and doesn’t require any CIM staff to enter the building. All implementation and set up is completely remote meaning there are no restrictions on geography.
