UKGBC’s Universities Research Forum will being holding its first forum in early December 2017.
The proposed purpose of the forum is to:
- Strengthen links between the universities and the wider industry
- Identify potential research topics that will help accelerate the sustainability of the built environment
- Create potential internship streams into UKGBC
- Build a network of universities passionate about sustainability
The first forum will focus on further defining the role of the group and looking at immediate opportunities to plug gaps in research highlighted by the State of Sustainability project. See Sophia’s blog on the Overlaps and gaps for more information.
If you are a university or another academic institute (and a member of UKGBC) and you would be interested in attending this meeting, please email sophia.cox@ukgbc.org.
