About
We are pleased to invite UKGBC members to our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Please join our Chair Judith Everett together with UKGBC’s new CEO Simon McWhirter as we look back on last year’s impact and hear about UKGBC’s exciting plan for the year ahead along with the formal proceedings of the AGM.
This year, we will be hosting the event in person followed by a networking reception. It’s a moment to reflect, connect, and be inspired by the collective impact we’ve made together.
We look forward to seeing you for a reflection on our collective achievements from the last year, and a look at what’s ahead.
AGM Details
All standard and keystone members will be asked to vote in advance on resolutions relating to the appointment and reappointment of Trustees. These details will be sent to the main point of contact at the organisation. Please note that voting will take place prior to the event, with the results formally announced during the AGM.
Please note that the main point of contact for your organisation will receive the formal AGM notice and statutory papers ten working days before the Annual General Meeting.
