UKGBC’s ‘Framework for Defining Social Value’ sets out a clear process for delivering social value and a number of guiding principles.
This year, the UKGBC Social Value Programme is working with Programme Partners to test this process on live projects. UKGBC will use this learning to inform more detailed delivery guidance.
A new Social Value Forum will provide Programme Partners with a safe space to:
- Share experiences of testing the framework on a live project(s) and workshop solutions to barriers collaboratively
- Present ‘what works’, celebrate success and build up a case study
- Learn from other Partners and deepen social value networks
- Learn about key trends and rising topics through exclusive access to industry experts
The Social Value Forum “Terms of Reference” covers the purpose, membership criteria, ways of working and forum outputs in more detail. If you are interested in getting involved, please email Eleanor Boyce (eleanor.boyce@ukgbc.org)
