We are delighted to invite UKGBC members to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and networking reception on the 23rd of September.
This year we are hosting the AGM at Sidara HQ, 150 Holborn with huge thanks to Perkins&Will and Sidara for generously welcoming us into their space. Their rooftop garden incorporates a mix of native and adapted plant species to enhance biodiversity and attract wildlife, it is the perfect spot for a sunset networking reception with views over London*.
During the business of the AGM, we’ll share the voting results, reflect on our collective achievements and impact from the past financial year, and perhaps most importantly, look ahead to the exciting opportunities and priorities for the year to come.
Voting members will be asked to vote in advance on resolutions relating to the appointment and reappointment of Trustees. Please note that voting will take place prior to the event, with the results formally announced during the AGM.
Following the formal business of the meeting, we warmly invite you to join us for a drinks reception to celebrate the appointment of Simon McWhirter as UKGBC’s new CEO.
The point(s) of contact for your organisations membership will receive the formal AGM notice and statutory documents from us via email at least two weeks before the meeting.

This event is open exclusively to UKGBC members. If you are not a current member, please note that UKGBC reserves the right to respectfully decline your registration.
*yes, we will be on a rooftop, but there’s a fantastic indoor area – so come rain or shine we will be able to celebrate with our members.
