We are delighted to invite UKGBC members to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and networking reception on the 23rd of September.
At the AGM, we’ll share the voting results, reflect on our collective achievements and impact from the past financial year, and perhaps most importantly, look ahead to the exciting opportunities and priorities for the year to come.
Voting members will be asked to vote in advance on resolutions relating to the appointment and reappointment of Trustees. Please note that voting will take place prior to the event, with the results formally announced during the AGM.
Following the formal business of the meeting, we warmly invite you to join us for a drinks reception to celebrate the appointment of Simon McWhirter as UKGBC’s new CEO.
The primary/statutory contact for your organisation will receive the formal AGM notice and statutory documents from our Company Secretary mailbox at least two weeks before the meeting.
