Mutual perspective-taking: landlords and occupiers come together to look at MEES
Summary of Landlord-Occupier Forum discussing commercial opportunities from the MEES regulations.

This autumn, UKGBC, with support from GVA, convened a handful of real estate investors together with their tenants for its first Landlord-Occupier Forum. The main objective of the Forum was to bring together a group of progressive landlords with their office occupiers to explore differing perspectives on sustainability topics of mutual interest and significance. It’s our view that the end-users of real estate are a particularly crucial voice to bring to the table, since they play an important role in ensuring the optimal performance of buildings in use.
