This is an opportunity to play a role at the forefront of tackling the climate, nature and cost of living crises. In the UK, our inefficient buildings are the second largest source of carbon emissions, a major driver of the collapse of nature worldwide, are exacerbating the cost-of-living crisis and are vulnerable to the climate impacts already locked in. 

UK Green Building Council is the industry network with a mission to radically transform the built environment in the face of these crises. We champion bold government action and convene the ambitious sections of industry to drive progress at pace and scale.  

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic sustainability advocate with sound experience in policy, government decision making, as a policy advisor or in public affairs. A passion for tackling the climate, nature and cost of living crises, a commitment to UKGBC’s mission – and a personal drive to succeed within it – is a must.
