The Learning and Events Co-ordinator is an important role within a strong and highly motivated team, reporting to the Experiential Learning and Events Manager. They’ll work closely with different members of the UKGBC team to deliver engaging courses and events which play a key role in achieving our mission. This role supports the many ways we convene and engage our members. We run over 100 events and learning and leadership opportunities a year in a variety of formats.
The ideal candidate will have experience of either planning and delivering a variety of events – from online webinars to large in-person events – or sufficient experience of managing multiple concurrent projects. They’ll be organised and have a keen eye for detail. They’ll have a positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a busy working environment. And they’ll be calm under pressure. The role will develop with the person, growing to include elements of facilitation, learning and events design or content creation.
