Applications open for Change Accelerator 2021

The programme brings together experienced business leaders from across the built environment who have real influence over business strategy, and with a remit for change. The programme aims to support those in mid to senior level positions to maximise their influence and impact on a rapidly changing world.
Over a three-month period from September 2021, participants will be given cutting edge leadership insights, delivered through a mix of learning techniques and peer-to-peer and peer to expert dialogue.
Participants will experience a profound leadership journey where delegates will explore their own leadership purpose, hone their storytelling techniques, understand how to influence systems. The key outcome of the programme is the definition of the change strategy which will allow them to maximize influence and deliver transformational change in their businesses. They will connect with a strong network of peers and fantastic speakers and facilitators who will support them in the delivery of bold and sustainable outcomes for their own organisations.
The closing date for applications is Friday 2nd July. More information on the programme, including how to apply, can be found on the UKGBC website.
Elfrida Hamilton-Russell, Head of Learning and Leadership at UKGBC said:
“Our Change Accelerator programme gives business leaders a unique opportunity to redefine their leadership purpose and equip them with the tools and knowledge to positively achieve sectoral change. Far from a conventional leadership programme, this is an experience with a range of inspirational provocations and deep reflection moments, as well as supporting delegates with tangible tools to action the change they want to see.”
