What makes good or bad air quality? We spend a large proportion of our lives indoors, whether at home, work, school or for leisure and the air we breathe impacts directly on our wellbeing and long-term health. This event will discuss the sources of indoor air pollution, the effects on human wellbeing of good and bad air quality and will explore what we can do as designers to improve indoor air.
Expert speakers will provide their insights through presentations and a panel discussion, and you’ll then have the opportunity to continue the debate through a Q&A and networking drinks.
Speakers include:
- Tom Reade, Principal Air Quality Consultant, Hilson Moran
- Curtis Gubb, PhD Student, University of Birmingham and Environmental Consultant, Cundall
- Tomi Teikko, Tieto Empathic Building
- Richard Midgley, Channel Development Director, arbnco
