Course Mail Series 6  is delivered in four easy-to-read emails. After signing up you will receive an automatic ticket email from Eventbrite as confirmation. You will then receive the first Course Mail in the series and every week over  four weeks. Once you receive the emails you can read the information when and where it suits you.

The UKGBC Course mail is delivered online, through Mailchimp – a series of bite-size emails sent to your inbox weekly. This series focusses on Social Value, which will be series 6.

The social value course mail will examine the importance of social value in the built environment and how this can be implemented in practice. The series will cover:

  1. Introduction to social value in the built environment
  2. Key drivers for a social value approach
  3. Putting communities at the heart of decision-making
  4. Measuring social value

Who should sign up
This course is meant for built environment professionals with a basic understanding of sustainability who are looking to increase their knowledge.

Course Mail is a series of four informative, easy-to-read emails; a bite-sized training programme offering a foundation on which to start discussions with other professionals around hot topics in the built environment.

At the end of each Course Mail there will be a short series of questions to check your understanding. Once you’ve completed the course (four quizzes overall) you can request your 1 hour CPD certificate.
